Human Rights Action executive director, Tea Gorjanc Prelević, submitted today an open letter to members of the organizing committee of “Word, Image, Enemy” Conference, held in Podgorica in November 2013, as well as the Minister for Human and Minority Rights, Suad Numanović, and the Minister of Culture, Branislav Mićunović, who supported the conference and the exhibition.
