NGO Human Rights Action (HRA) today sent a letter to the President of the Judicial Council of Montenegro, Mr. Mladen Vukčević, regarding the interview of the applicants responding to public advertisement no. 01-2491/19-30 from 7 May 2019, with the aim of choosing 10 candidates for the position of Basic Court Judges.

HRA considers that the level of recklessness presented by all members of the Judicial Council requires their resignation from their posts.
