Human Rights Action is very satisfied with the decision of the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office to drop the misdemeanor prosecution of historian Boban Batrićević, Ph.D., because of his column “Torokanje po Metodologiju i Đaonikiju” published on the Antena M portal.

A developed democratic society requires more knowledge and sensibility than what was shown by the initiation of this misdemeanor procedure. Nontheless, it is thanks to decisions such as this ruling that we are still on the right path to becoming such a society.
