Dear all,
on 11 June 2010 in Podgorica, hotel Podgorica, starting at 9:00 am, Human Rights Action and Journalists Self-regulatory Body, in cooperation with the Council of Europe and with financial support from the Foundation Open Society Institute (“East-East: Partnership Beyond Borders” program) are organizing a regional round table on “Reform of liability for defamation – the best way to ensure the implementation of European standards regarding freedom of expression and responsibility for the violation of honor and reputation in the domestic legal order”.The goal of this conference is introduction of the best European practices regarding application of the standards of the Council of Europe in this area and exchange of views on the success of previous reforms in the countries of the region.Download AGENDA (PDF document)
